Do you iron? We can, however, we do this at an additional $7.00 per item. We offer steaming for an additional $3.00 per item.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of laundry that can be picked up at one time? Yes and no. We require a minimum of 25 lbs. If there is less than 24 lbs, a flat rate of $30.00 will be billed. We do not have a maximum amount; we just asked for advanced notice for anything more than 6 loads so that we can set the proper expectations for drop- off time.
Do I need to send my own detergent? You are free to do so; however, we do provide detergent, dryer sheets and hangers. We will make every attempt to use your preferred detergent. If no option is listed, our default is Gain.
When will you weigh my laundry? We will weigh your laundry at pick-up for transparency. We ask that you send your items in a bag of your choosing to make this process easier. You will have the opportunity to make adjustments to your order at that time if it's desired.
Will my laundry ever be combined with another family's? Never! We take extra precautions to ensure your items never come in contact with anyone else's. We sanitize our machines between clients and label all baskets, bags, and items sent. During the process, extreme care is given that clothing is not lost or mixed up.
Do you handle undergarments? Yes, we do. All we ask is that if there are any excessive bodily fluids(blood, urine, feces) that you please rinse and bag in a grocery or ziploc so that we are aware and can add proper pretreatment to aid in stain removal and sanitation.
Do you service pet bedding? We can; however, there will be an additional servicing fee if there is excessive animal hair.
Do you provide service for hotel guests? Absolutely! We simply ask that you bag your items for weighing and leave at the front desk. We will return them to the desk when the service is complete. We will not go to a clients hotel room.
Can you provide a weekend service? For an additional rate of $20.00, service can be done on Saturday if an appointment time is available.
How far out do I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment? We completely understand how life happens! If you're needing to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We allow you to cancel two separate times before the 24 hour window, however after a third cancellation, we require a 50% deposit to be applied to your next appointment. If cancelled after the 24-hour window or no-show, we reserve to right to deny future service.
Is there anything else I need to know? A couple of things. We give a recycling discount of $3 if you return them to be used for your clothing. We ask that you send a basket for the return portion of the process. We will label this and use it to transport your laundry home.
