Terms of Service

 ● My Laundry Friend is not responsible for  clothing items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of normal  washing and drying.
 ● My Laundry Friend is not responsible for lost articles unless proven we were responsible for loss.
 ●Laundry labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" will not be serviced unless given instruction to be washed in the machine. Please check before bagging your items.
 ● My Laundry Friend is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in clothing such as money, jewelry, cuff links, belts, or anything else. We will return these items if found, but we are not responsible for damage to them.
● My Laundry Friend is not responsible for any damage to your laundry from items left in pockets (lipstick, pen, gum, lighter, etc.). Please empty pockets prior to pick-up. 

●My Laundry Friend will attempt all means reasonable but does not guarantee removal of all stains.
●My Laundry Friend reserves the right to refuse any client or refuse to clean any item. Notification will be given to the client.
●My Laundry Friend will NOT clean clothing infested with bed bugs, mites, fleas, or any other contagious parasites, viruses or bodily fluids.
